Best Experience Purchasing a Car This is my fourth car that I've had to negotiate and this is by far the most pleasant experience. Normally, I would spend hours talking about pricing, This is my fourth car that I've had to negotiate and this is by far the most pleasant experience. Normally, I would spend hours talking about pricing, but this process was quick. My initial interaction was with Terry Song via email who gave me the best price compared to what I've seen for the options I wanted and then I worked with Danny Cantu while at the dealership. Danny handled the negotiations with my trade in and all the paperwork from beginning to end. I'm not used to that, but it's so much more convenient! I've always heard Park Place had the best customer experience, but you don't really know until you've experienced it yourself. I look forward to continuing to build a relationship with Park Place Lexus. More
