Craig Williams! My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our car here. While yes, a good amount of my love might be due to the fact that I now have a Lexus i My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our car here. While yes, a good amount of my love might be due to the fact that I now have a Lexus instead of my high school car with a door that wouldn't full shut... the great experience was all thanks to Craig Williams. My husband and I had just begun our car search and went up to park place to look at their RX350s. We first walked around the lot and it was nice pleasant surprise that no one came bombarding you while you were "window shopping". As we walked into the main door we were hooked up with a car salesman in the new car department. We did not realize they had different salesman for the new and the preowned. I was nervous for our experience because as soon as we told that dealer we were in the market for a preowned vehicle he immediately seemed put off by us wasting his time. Thankfully he did direct us to the preowned department where we met Craig Williams. *que trumpets* If you are searching for a vehicle go visit this man now! I cannot say enough amazing things about him. I've heard horror stories of car salesman but Craig blew all of those worries out of the water. I truly believe he is honest, caring and genuinely a great guy. My husband jokes because he says I sang more praise for Craig than I did my new car!! Don't get me wrong I LOVE my new car but I'm so thankful for the quick and painless experience to purchase it! Our car had just come in and was still being checked over and cleaned but Craig made it a top priority to make sure it was looking beyond expectations. We are going to pick up our license plates and get a complementary car wash and hopefully Craig will be there so I can say hey and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from their magical coffee machine that he introduced me to as well! If you didn't read all this review at least take this with you...if you're going to park place try to get Craig Williams as your car salesman. I promise you won't regret it!! More
