We walked away with a great vehicle at the best rate possible and the feeling that we have a great dealership behind us for service etc. Danny was a great representative of his dealership and extremely knowledgable about not only the vehicle but was able to give us thorough and honest advice on the financial side. Misleading Sales Manager - Be Careful Very disaapointing. Completely misled through out the sales pitch. Spent 4 hours working on buying a $50,000 new car. As I was signing papers, it turned out to be a demo car not a new car as I noticed odometer reading. The spec that was given to me had 15 miles. I lease a GS 350 currently and hence, didn't see a need to drive a new one. Sales manager didn't tell us about the demo nor did he even offer to turn the car on. It was more than one in my party and no one heard anything mentioned about demo. Be careful when you deal with this dealership and make sure you read every single paper before you sign. I didn't buy the car. More

Fraudulent I have always taken my car to this dealership for major repairs and the reason I chose this dealership is because of its closeness to my house. Howeve I have always taken my car to this dealership for major repairs and the reason I chose this dealership is because of its closeness to my house. However, at the end of each repair, I always come out back depressed. Why? Because they always have a list of something else that needed to be done. On the last two visits, I found out that their recommendations are not always true. The first time, they recommended a 4-wheel alignment which I knew wasn't necessary. I turned it down but took the vehicle to NTB where I bought the tires. NTB put the vehicle on their machine but could not find any problem with the alignment. They printed the result and explained to me that I did not need any alignment. Recently, I took the vehicle to this dealership because the battery lamp came on. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a recommendation to replace the alternator and the battery. Since the battery was new and still under warranty, I turned the battery replacement down but replaced the alternator. The following day, I called AAA that sold the battery requested them to send a technician to check the battery and possibly replace it. The technician came today, checked the battery and found no problem with the battery. This further confirms to me that this dealership is not very honest. I will recommend that you get a second opinion before doing any repair with this dealership. More

Thank you Park Place! Josue helped me find and purchase the perfect car in a day! I've wanted a 350Z since I was 10! My husband suggested I get myself a 370Z instead and wh Josue helped me find and purchase the perfect car in a day! I've wanted a 350Z since I was 10! My husband suggested I get myself a 370Z instead and who would argue with that? I love my new car! Everything was super easy! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half (and that was only because I took my time deciding on which financial route I would take). I only had to deal with one person instead of being bounced around to different people. I wasn't pressured. We were given plenty of space to talk about everything and not rushed. Josue went out of his way to even throw a bow on top for a killer picture before driving it off of the lot! I highly recommend Park Place and Josue Escoto! More
