His sales experience is beyond reproach but his way of respecting his customers and listening to them was really remarkable. He answered all our questions with direct answers and showed us all the vehicles available. Once we decided on the vehicle for my wife lilia, then on to the purchasing process. I spend maybe two hours in the dealership total, most of which was because I was so indecisive. Emily, and Park Place as a whole, really worked with me to get my payment down where it needed to be and made personal phone calls to get me into my car. I could not have asked for a better sales person, sales manager, or dealership to purchase from. I tell my story to everyone and they are amazed!
