First Lexus, Great Experience We initially were thinking about buying a used Lexus. Jae Lee worked with us as we test drove both new and used cars. He was patient and very helpful as we gathered the information and did the test drives. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied. There was no pressure to buy, it was WHEN we were ready. Several weeks later we decided to buy a new Lexus ES 350 and we worked with Terry Hough. Terry took a lot of time showing us the various features of the car and made sure we were choosing the model and features we really wanted. The paperwork was easy. When we picked up the new car, Terry spent a lot of time making sure we knew how everything worked and that we were pleased. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time. More
