Best dealership that I have ever dealt with. We have purchased six cars from Park Place Lexus at Grapevine. Three have been new. Three have been used. I drove one of the used ones, a GX470, 12 We have purchased six cars from Park Place Lexus at Grapevine. Three have been new. Three have been used. I drove one of the used ones, a GX470, 125,000 miles after I bought it. I used that vehicle very hard in mud, snow and dust with no issues. My wife drove a GX 470 for seven years and the only thing that went wrong with the car was a right front turn signal bulb after six years. So selling good vehicles is where it starts. But the thing that I keep coming back to is that all the people at the dealership care a great deal about taking care of us as customers. Their service is beyond my high expectations. Since I have run a service company for many years, I know how hard that is. Our sales contact, Hasan Qazi, is just terrific. Buying a car from him is so easy. You know that you are getting a good price and that he will follow up to be sure that you are completely satisfied. He doesn't come over to the house and mow my lawn, but he just might if I asked him to. Hasan is good people. You can always get a loaner car if you want it. You can leave your car for service and get out of there in about 10 minutes, sometimes sooner. They pay for the gas in your loaner. You know what each service will cost before you leave the dealership; and if the cost changes you get a phone car or text explaining the difference before the service is performed. If you want to have your car washed, you can drop by and they will wash it for free. Now what more can you expect? More

I owned a RX for a long time, loved the quality of it. I sent an online quote request for the new model, Tom was the first one responded to me, the other dealers were almost 1-2 days behind. Tom was friendly with great communication skills. He emailed me a quote and arranged his business partner Ned helped me the next morning. Ned was a great listener, we agreed on a fair win-win price in about 15 minutes. I drove my new car away in less than 2 hours. Before I went in Park Place, I was worried about the hassle of buying a new car. Time is extremely valuable to me and I am sure to them as well, I appreciated that Tom and Ned listened and made the whole process very pleasant and efficient which was just the way I wanted. About 2 weeks after my car purchase, they already took care of all the necessary car registering, title paperwork. They installed my new license plates and provided a free car wash. We live about 200 miles from Park Place Lexus and received several calls from other Lexus dealers but Mike McAllister gave us what I thought was a great deal on a ES350 as well as making me feel like he was the guy I wanted to do business with. Mike kept in close touch with me throughout the buying process and I was even more impressed when we personally met him. I really liked the way he explained how everything worked in the car. Non-Lexus dealerships just give you the keys and a phonebook sized owners manual and say bye-bye. I couldn't possibly remember every one of the different functions and I liked that they have someone I can call especially to explain tech matters. I was also given a tour of the dealership, never got one of those before at non-Lexus dealership, and met Dalton Elam the Assistant Service Manager. I was impressed at how even though he was obviously busy he took the time to greet us and explain how the service set-up worked and didn't give the impression at all that we were interrupting him. As if I haven't used the word enough I have to say that Park Place Lexus is very impressive! More
