Beyond the dealership being absolutely first-rate; the staff were all a pleasure to work with. I visited Park Place Lexus in Grapevine with the intention of buying a pre-owned vehicle. My sales person, Zack Henry, was great to work with and was incredibly patient as I looked over their pre-owned inventory and took 3 test-drives. In the end, I purchased a new Lexus RX350, where Zack was a huge help in closing the deal. I was given fair-value on my trade and was happy with the price of my new vehicle. Through the process, Park Place Lexus in Grapevine has gained a lifetime customer. In short, if you're looking for a premium vehicle, go where you'll get a premium experience and premium service. As it turned out, it was definitely the right choice. I must say, I later found out it was my lucky day when Shane McCafferty picked up the phone when I called the dealership. Shane was very professional and extremely nice. After the negotiations and the purchase, Shane really went out of his way to make sure I got the best customer service I could ever hope for. We had to get the car from another dealership which took about a week. They gave me a loaner that was exactly like the one I ordered so I could get used to the feel and drive of the new IS. Once the car arrived, I was not feeling well so Shane brought the car to my home. He went over every feature in detail and was willing to stay as long as it took until I was comfortable with everything. Since then, I have had several questions about various features on the car. Every time I called, Shane either picked up the phone or got back to me with the information I needed. He even offered to come back to my house after he was off duty to help me with something. I have had a good experience overall with the three cars I have leased from Park Place but this last one was truly outstanding. Shane was the best. He is a real asset for the dealership. More

After much research, the field narrowed to the Lexus RX-350 and two other makes. A recommendation by a friend led us to Park Place in Grapevine and Mark Griffins. Our first contact with Mark was positive (Mark did not come across like a ‘used car salesman’). Mark was low-keyed, very knowledgeable and seemed very interested in understanding our needs. We provided him with our requirements and within a few days he had an outstanding recommendation. The car was beautiful and contained all the features we requested. We were both a bit nervous the day we met Mark at the dealership. He quickly put us at ease. We were impressed with the quality of the facility; the people were very polite and professional. It was unlike any other car buying experience we had every encountered. Once we made the decision that the car Mark recommended was ideal for our needs, we met with Wes Steely who was equally important to a positive purchase experience. We left that day stunned by the quality and pleasantness of the entire experience. The only downside was the stress associated with driving our new Lexus home through the road construction. He provided his mobile number for any further questions, also arranging to pick me up at the airport. Craig is the epitome of professional, very knowledgeable, polite and upfront with his clients. While there was a delay in the wire transfer, he kept me informed throughout the process even offering to take me to a restaurant for lunch. As I was driving back that night, he printed out driving directions going over them to make sure I had the right information.
