My experience was so positive a couple of years ago, that what started out as purchasing a car for myself, ended up including another one for my wife. I have recently just purchased my third vehicle from them and can honestly say this experience was just as good as my last, if not better. Ned Fardeecy has been my sales manager for all three of the vehicles I have purchased and I will continue my business with this dealership because of him. Not to take away from anyone else but he is the only sales manager I have worked with. Thanks Ned!!! More

Excellent Service ONLY when you are in the building! I only have my Lexus RX450h (and the Lexus before it) serviced here, well I did. I will not be returning. I spoke to the service dept mgr a year or I only have my Lexus RX450h (and the Lexus before it) serviced here, well I did. I will not be returning. I spoke to the service dept mgr a year or so ago because my service adviser would never return calls. I let it slide after one call with management but when another call went unreturned I again spoke to the Manager asked to be changed to a more pro active adviser. I was assured the new person was the best they had. I have left two calls for this best adviser that have never been returned, The first was five months ago to ask if they carried the tires I wanted that everyone loved on Lexus Forums and to schedule an appointment for some cosmetic work for my hood they had previously given me an estimate on. He never called. I ended up getting both done elsewhere at a cost of over $2K. I spoke with the manager about this when scheduling some regular maintenance some time later and he said that was not like Aisea at all and I accepted that we are all human and I should cut him a break. Last week I received a mail from them indicating I was due for a body throttle service and fuel injector cleaning, I called him on 7/18 at 3:31pm and was told he was off but would be back the following day, I left a message for him asking what the body throttle service was, how much it cost and letting him know we should get it scheduled. My voice mail is yet to be returned. I will be taking my car to Sewell from now on. Park Place service is amazing when I am in the dealership wallet in hand, but otherwise I may as well be at Wal-Mart on a Saturday afternoon when there are 2 lanes open because that is the level of service offered when I am not physically there. I don't shop at Wal-Mart for that reason and will not be back to Park Place for the same reason. More
