Craig Williams: We made a new friend! I honestly do not know where to begin with Craig. We came to Park Place on a Saturday afternoon, well, evening, at approximately 10 after 6, not know I honestly do not know where to begin with Craig. We came to Park Place on a Saturday afternoon, well, evening, at approximately 10 after 6, not knowing that they closed at 6. Craig was by the front door and when we realized they were closed, we turned around and headed back to our car. Then we heard Craig call us and say "Come on in!" We were looking for a 2014 GX 460 and fell in love with the 2014 GX that was on the showroom floor, and decided to buy it. We wanted to trade our EX 350 but did not drive it that day. Craig STILL worked up a deal, INCLUDING the trade in, taking our word on the condition of our car without even seeing it, and 2 1/2 hours after closing time, we drove off in our new Lexus, but not before Craig gave my wife a beautiful pink Lexus duffle bag as a gift. It gets better. The NEXT day, SUNDAY, Craig came by our house at our convenience and picked up the EX. The following day, Monday, we went back to Park Place looking for a 2014 CTh, but didn't find anything we liked. Craig spent a tremendous amount of time searching the southwest US looking for what we wanted, but nothing was available. After several hours, we changed our mind and decided to look for an IS250. We spent the rest of the day trying to find "the one" and just when we had given up, Craig found it! He took our GS in trade. Instead of getting mad or frustrated with us because of all the time we had taken, he actually offered to buy us dinner! Today I went back to Park Place to sign the contract and pick up the car, but with all the add-ons, the car was not ready. So what does Craig do? He tells me he will have the car ready tomorrow and deliver it to my house and pick up my GS. Oh, and he bought me BBQ ribs! I will not forget to mention that Craig got us a great deal on BOTH cars! Both times we had the pleasure of Dealing with Bridgett Ryan, and again, this is the first time I actually enjoyed "signing my life away"! She is as pleasant and professional as anyone could ask for! These are the 7th and 8th Lexus' I have purchased over the years, but my first purchase at Park Place, and this is HANDS DOWN the best experience I have ever had with ANY sale... of ANY product... ANYWHERE! I know I am leaving out something, So forgive me Craig and Bridgette if I failed to mention something. Bridgett, thank you! I drove one of the used ones, a GX470, 125,000 miles after I bought it. I used that vehicle very hard in mud, snow and dust with no issues. My wife drove a GX 470 for seven years and the only thing that went wrong with the car was a right front turn signal bulb after six years. So selling good vehicles is where it starts. But the thing that I keep coming back to is that all the people at the dealership care a great deal about taking care of us as customers. Their service is beyond my high expectations. Since I have run a service company for many years, I know how hard that is. Our sales contact, Hasan Qazi, is just terrific. Buying a car from him is so easy. You know that you are getting a good price and that he will follow up to be sure that you are completely satisfied. He doesn't come over to the house and mow my lawn, but he just might if I asked him to. Hasan is good people. You can always get a loaner car if you want it. You can leave your car for service and get out of there in about 10 minutes, sometimes sooner. They pay for the gas in your loaner. You know what each service will cost before you leave the dealership; and if the cost changes you get a phone car or text explaining the difference before the service is performed. If you want to have your car washed, you can drop by and they will wash it for free. Now what more can you expect? More
