I owned a RX for a long time, loved the quality of it. I sent an online quote request for the new model, Tom was the first one responded to me, the other dealers were almost 1-2 days behind. Tom was friendly with great communication skills. He emailed me a quote and arranged his business partner Ned helped me the next morning. Ned was a great listener, we agreed on a fair win-win price in about 15 minutes. I drove my new car away in less than 2 hours. Before I went in Park Place, I was worried about the hassle of buying a new car. Time is extremely valuable to me and I am sure to them as well, I appreciated that Tom and Ned listened and made the whole process very pleasant and efficient which was just the way I wanted. About 2 weeks after my car purchase, they already took care of all the necessary car registering, title paperwork. They installed my new license plates and provided a free car wash. We live about 200 miles from Park Place Lexus and received several calls from other Lexus dealers but Mike McAllister gave us what I thought was a great deal on a ES350 as well as making me feel like he was the guy I wanted to do business with. Mike kept in close touch with me throughout the buying process and I was even more impressed when we personally met him. I really liked the way he explained how everything worked in the car. Non-Lexus dealerships just give you the keys and a phonebook sized owners manual and say bye-bye. I couldn't possibly remember every one of the different functions and I liked that they have someone I can call especially to explain tech matters. I was also given a tour of the dealership, never got one of those before at non-Lexus dealership, and met Dalton Elam the Assistant Service Manager. I was impressed at how even though he was obviously busy he took the time to greet us and explain how the service set-up worked and didn't give the impression at all that we were interrupting him. As if I haven't used the word enough I have to say that Park Place Lexus is very impressive! More

Each time I shopped the best price I got was through Molly Wee at Park Place. I helped 4 women buy cars through Park Place and Molly Wee was excellent working with them. Buying a car can be a really stressful experience and Molly makes it easy. Each time I try to shop at Sewell on Lemon Ave I got pricing that was "in error" for which they always apologize. If you don't have time to waste and would like someone who can give you competitive pricing and not treat you like an idiot call Molly Wee at Park Place. The service department has taken excellent care of everyone I know that I have referred to Park Place. I work with a number of single and widowed women who know nothing about cars so they are easy to take advantage of. Park Place has always treated them with respect and integrity.
