Beyond the dealership being absolutely first-rate; the staff were all a pleasure to work with. I visited Park Place Lexus in Grapevine with the intention of buying a pre-owned vehicle. My sales person, Zack Henry, was great to work with and was incredibly patient as I looked over their pre-owned inventory and took 3 test-drives. In the end, I purchased a new Lexus RX350, where Zack was a huge help in closing the deal. I was given fair-value on my trade and was happy with the price of my new vehicle. Could not have been a better experience! Came to the dealership because my car had recently been totaled. I have leased two other IS250s from Park Place and decided to go back to Lexus. As it turned out, it was definitely the right choice. I must say, I later found out it was my lucky day when Shane McCafferty picked up the phone when I called the dealership. Shane was very professional and extremely nice. After the negotiations and the purchase, Shane really went out of his way to make sure I got the best customer service I could ever hope for. We had to get the car from another dealership which took about a week. They gave me a loaner that was exactly like the one I ordered so I could get used to the feel and drive of the new IS. Once the car arrived, I was not feeling well so Shane brought the car to my home. He went over every feature in detail and was willing to stay as long as it took until I was comfortable with everything. Since then, I have had several questions about various features on the car. Every time I called, Shane either picked up the phone or got back to me with the information I needed. He even offered to come back to my house after he was off duty to help me with something. I have had a good experience overall with the three cars I have leased from Park Place but this last one was truly outstanding. Shane was the best. He is a real asset for the dealership. More
