After telling him I couldn't afford a new car, he is in new car sales, he didn't send me away. He started checking used cars that might fit my needs. As my 98 LX470 was more car than I needed, and up at the 200,000 mark, it was time to reassess my needs. Mike started working back and forth with me in the AM. I had midday obligations, that didn't stop Mike. As I arrived back to pick up my LX470 we met. He stayed late and worked with me after the place closed, and I drove home in a pristine 2010 certified RX. I am pleased with how hard he and finance worked with me, to make another Lexus part of my life. Though this is my 5th Lexus, financial changes in my life made the Lexus dream look out of reach on this go around. In my heart I knew I had to lower my standards and was prepared to look elsewhere. When it came right down to it, the quality of Lexus is what I know to be the best, and my relationship with Park Place was not something easily given up. I have been with Grapevine Lexus since the day they opened there doors, and I am still clinging to them. Mark made that possible. On a side note my service advisor Abe was a big part of my long term Lexus experience, practically a member of the family, as he has been there for me in so many ways. I consider him a friend, not just someone I do business with. After all he has seem my girls grow from Elementary, through College and been there all throughout, as much as the quality of a Lexus means to me, the quality of that service Abe has provided for me is equally important. I'm not giving you his full name as I don't want him to get any busier then he already is. I consider myself, part of the Park Place Lexus Family! More

Test driving the LS 460 was by far the most impressive luxury car I had driven that day. Not only was I impressed by this car but I was impressed by the whole sales process. It was a breeze.
