I had made the decision to buy another GX 460 based on our lifesaving experience and felt comfortable finding a car on the internet. I had successfully found two previous cars on the internet. I knew about Lexus Park Place Plano from an excellent experience I had when getting a new wheel for my 2011 GX 460 under warranty from them even though I had not been the original buyer. All they required was a photo of the VIN and a picture of the damage! My first contact for the internet sale was Mike McAllister. He was extremely helpful in sorting through the GX 460s in inventory based on my requirements, identifying which were really on the lot and those that were on the boat from Japan! Mike found a shipper to have the car transported to me within a shifting schedule of availability on my part; and the car was delivered as promised. We did have some communication problems sorting out what is required of an out of state buyer, but Mike always found who could get us the right answer. Of course I cannot comment about service at Park Place but the Lexus dealer in Albuquerque has been the finest service experiences I have ever had. In summary, I knew that the Lexus GX 460 was the car that to me I can trust with my life and my wife's, Mike McAllister made buying the car I wanted from an out of state dealer a workable experience and I love my new Lexus. There is no question that when I need another car, Park Place is the place that I will look. By the way Mike's price was the lowest I could find! More

From the immediate friendliness of the team, to the no-pressure deal with the sales members, everything was clearly written out from beginning to end, and I received an excellent deal that I am still satisfied with to this day. Josh Elam immediately came out to meet me and was both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He treated me like he would any customer who actually came in to seriously look, even though I had been out in the sun all day and had a good amount of sweat and dirt on me and I had only the intention to test drive. I have great respect for people who show not the slightest sense of judgement when they meet another person like Josh did. I had no intentions of buying a car that day, but after the test drive, and after working with both Josh and Raymond, they were able to give me an offer for my current vehicle that was very respectable and more than I thought I could get in trade. Raymond was very transparent about his offer and showed me exactly what he was using to base his offer on, and he was even able to give me slightly more than he wanted in order to make the deal happen. He and Josh took my request seriously, and they were able to make the deal work for both of us. Josh Patel was also very straightforward when it came to financing. He walked through every step of the negotiations and did not pressure me through the looking over of each document. He showed me exactly where every fee and every cost was coming from, and at the end, the numbers all matched up to what I had been given as an offer. No hidden costs or tacked on features added to the car to pad the price. The offer I received out front matched up to the dollar to what I was signing in the back. I will definitely recommend Park Place Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I highly recommend the team that assisted me with my purchase. More
