This was also the 1st time I've ever negotiated a purchase solely through the use of email. It isn't that Kevin wasn't available for a face to face or phone conversations, it was just that this means was most convenient to me at the time with travel/work schedule not allowing me to be available any other way. Kevin was top notch and very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Everything from financing, trade-in, car selection, and scheduling was all setup in a way that was most convenient to me. Kevin made the hand-off from used vehicle to new vehicle seamless. Josh Patel was finance manager who was very thorough in answering questions and validating any concerns that I had (very few) while signing docs. Never felt like I was being oversold on products (extended warranties, etc) like I have at other dealerships. Docs signing was quick, easy, and effortless. We love our 2014 GX and look forward to doing business with Park Place Grapevine in the future. More
