I need to take a moment to recognize the service of my salesman, Ned Fardeecey. I've purchased (or assisted in the buying) of 9-10 cars in the past. All different manufacturers, and many styles of dealerships (Acrua, Honda, Toyota, Carmax, eCarOne, etc). Never have I referenced a car purchase as an experience, until now. I'm blown away by the level of transparency, candor and customer service that I experienced while working with Ned and Park Place Grapevine. Ned was quick to respond via email and phone throughout the afternoon while I was at work. We started talking after lunch, and by 7pm I was in the dealership with numbers locked down and ready to make a deal. He worked with me on my trade-in, stayed late to walk me through all of the features on the car (2013 Lexus CT w/ navigation) and provided in depth details on the extras that your dealership has to offer such as free car washes, loaner cars for services, the deli, wi-fi and technology center. It really was a great experience. After 10 cars, I think I see why everyone says "Once you go Lexus, you don't go back". I plan on leasing a new vehicle every 2-3 years. I've started with a Lexus CT and can see myself being a loyal customer to the Lexus brand (and especially dealership) for the next 10-15 years. Not only do I see myself doing so, I'm looking forward to it. More
