I went in to test drive the new 2014 IS 250 on February 22th, I meet Emily House. She was very helpful and went over the colors available and the packages available on the IS 250. I felt well taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. I felt like the dealership has respect for both its cars and its customers. They were happy and I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Plus they had certified my used car and had run a ridiculous amount of checks on it and even put it through one of the expensive checkups that wasn't due for another 5k miles. Couple that with the unlimited free car wash & details and their willingness to fix the dings on my used car, and I left with a huge smile on my face. While we were there, the US had already played an Olympic game and someone mentioned it since my husband was wearing a Stars ballcap. He told them that we had recorded it and O'Neal made an announcement to the floor to not let the score slip as we were going to watch it in a little bit. Everyone who came in shook our hands and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I've purchased cars from a number of different dealerships and always left with a bad taste in my mouth - they were always an unpleasant necessity to purchase a car. This is the first time I've ever left happy and satisfied.
