I bought a 2013 GX from another dealer. Someone traded it in and had only kept the car for a couple months. It was black and I'm OCD and those two things just don't go together. I finally couldn't deal with it so within 3o minutes of my emailing the dealership Ned had called and within 2 hours on a Saturday night I ended up with a 2014 GX 460. I loved working with Ned. He never made this feel like a car deal. If all deals were this easy I'd buy a new car every year. One thing for sure, I'll never own another vehicle and I will always buy from Ned as long as he is there. Best experience ever!!! More

We started our search on the internet and quickly became acquainted with Jae Lee. We had not decided exactly what model or make car we wanted, but Jae persuaded us to come take a look at the Lexus ES and a test drive. Jae was instrumental in getting us into a new 2014 ES350 instead of the certified vehicle we originally talked about. Because of a family emergency, Jae had to travel out of state and he turned us over to Tom Miles to complete the purchase. Tom was equally professional and made the purchase of our new care such a pleasure. He was very thorough in explaining all the new features of the car and made us feel totally comfortable. Craig Williams was Awesome! It was like having my own personal shopper. I told him that I needed cargo space for road trips without feeling cramped.
