I purchased a 2014 Lexus ES 350 from Park Place Grapevine December 14th. Without a doubt this has been the best auto purchase that I have ever made from sales to service. Driving the car is smooth and comfortable. I made one road trip after Christmas to San Antonio and the drive was excellent. I have received a number of compliments from friends and family, who rave about the color, the smooth driving, and luxurious features. Maybe the real question is why did I take so long before purchasing my first Lexus? Pat Goebel, my New Car Sales Consultant was awesome. Our first encounter was on a cold Sunday morning in early 2013. Honestly my expectation was that the Park Place lot would be empty of those pushy car salesman people talk about and to my surprise, I met Pat there all bundled up walking the lot. Even better, he took time to educate me on the greatness that is Lexus and Park Place as well. He made no false claims, but responded in professional manner without utilizing sale pressure tactics. I kept his card and advised I would get back to him when I was serious about acquiring a new car. When Park Place had their IS event in late summer, I attended along with my wife. Pat, was ust as professional as our first visit, taking time to show me the IS model and fully explaining the differences between it and the ES model. During the ice storm in December, when I was more serious about a purchase, one item that really stood out to me was that he worked around those challenges and kept his commitments to get back to me despite the tough condiions. That is more than I can say about your competitor across town. The closing of this purchase was easy from finding the car that I was seeking, looking into additional features and to the closing, every step went extremely smooth. The day I picked up the car, I was like a kid getting his first bike. Much to my wife's chagrin, since I will not let her drive it, I still have the same feeling. This past week, Park Place continued to demonstrate their commitment to the customer. On Wednesday night, after a late night at the office as I was leaving, I noticed that my phone was not connecting to the car. The funny thing about it, was that both the car and my bluetooth indicated that they were on and working. I stopped by Park Place just before 8:00. The place was almost a ghost town, but there was one gentleman (I did not get his name), who advised me that the technology staff was gone. However, this employee took the time to walk out to my car, review the systems and get the phone connected. He did not hesitate one bit in offering his assistance. This morning I came in for a quick car wash, and I pulled into the bay and the first thing I noticed was that my name was on the electronic board welcoming me to Park Place. Not sure how you did that, but it was just another sign of the small things your dealership does to appeal to your customers. Since that first meeting in early 2013 up until now, the service from every employee that I have engaged has been outstanding. I am sure their competitot provides good service as well. .However, the only comparison I can truly make is of the sales approach and efforts. If the rest of the Service is similar to the differences in salesmanship, then I believe I can honestly say that their competitot may try to imitate, but could never duplicate the experiences I have received from Park Place. Just think, this whole experience got started with a chance encounter with Pat on a cold Sunday morning last year and everything you told me a year ago has proven to be true. As I moved throught the process and met with the Sales Manager Dorian Jiminez, to Tony Puricelli in Finance, and the technology group, there has not been a drop in customer service letter. Pat, will need keep my name and number in his rolodex. I will be calling him up probably within the next year to start this same experience with my wife. This is the first time we had purchased a luxury car, and actually the first time we had even looked for one. The dealership was low pressure and everyone was helpful and polite. Erikan made this a very pleasant buying experience. We were able to test drive the car twice and bought the RX350 off the showroom floor, There are so many options and colors to choose from that, origina were able to test drive the car twice and bought the RX350 off the showroom floor, There are so many options and colors to choose from that, originally, it was a bit daunting. But Erikan made it easy and helped us home in on what we liked the most in terms of both colors and options. We had also tested the Audi SQ5 and several Infiniti SUVs. But there was no comparison to the Lexus product and the Park Place experience. Both Audi and Infiniti had a joke of a lobby and sales people who did not really know their products. More

This was my second dealing with Park Place and with Ned Fardeecey. As always, the service and experience was nothing less of being "The Best"!!! After I had gone to Park Place and leased my first car from Ned, I had made up my mind that I would never own anything else but a Lexus, and would continue to deal with Ned Fardeecey at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. I have found that it doesn't matter if you are a new comer to Park Place, or you are a return customer, the service, experience and professionalism you receive, and that I have received, is always EXCELLENT!! I traded it for a new 2014 ES350, same model, same lease payment and $200 down including 1st lease payment... The entire process was quick and painless. I highly recommend this dealership. More
