This was my third Lexus bought from Park Place, and the second bought from Terry Hough. My first Lexus had 180,000 miles when we gave it to our daughter. I do not have to spend much money over and above normal maintenance with a Lexus versus the BMW we have had. The service department is outstanding, and Terry Hough does a stellar job as a salesperson. I would do it all again!!! More

We loved working with Emily House during the purchase of our new 2014 Lexus ES300h. She was very knowledgeable about all of the cars in the Lexus brand. What has most impressed us about Emily has been her "Service After the Sale". Several days after we purchased our car we made a Saturday morning appointment with Emily and she sat down with us (for 3 hours) in our new LEXUS and went over every aspect of the car with myself and my wife (the primary driver) so that she knew how everything worked. She "patiently answered questions" and in an orderly fashion walked us through the Navigation, Blue tooth set up, and all the numerous other aspects of the set up of our new car... To top it all off I mentioned to Emily that I was havng an issue programming my garage door opener (on the rear view mirror) and a couple days after I mention this "she" called me back to ask me if I had been able to resolve the issue. When I told her no she said Ok I'll be there within an hour.. When she arrived after trying a few things she knew, we were still unsuccessful. But Emily didn't give up, she called one of her technology buddies at the dealership and within minutes she had the garage door opener programmed and we have not had an issue with it since... THAT WAS SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.... Emily is a wonderful young lady! She is smart, she is learning the car business, and she listens. She has a great deal of integrity, and she knows these vehicles. Now with that said, I can tell you that if she didn't know sometihing about the car she was quick to ask other folks in the office that might know the answer. I totally respect and appreciate that because at the end of the day I got my questions answered to my satifaction. I have not doubt that Emily made my wife comfortable, at ease, and happy about her new car.. In my mind Emily gets it. She knows that by listening and helping us resolve the litte things she has earned a life long cusomer. We now have a freindship with Emily. Would I recommend Emily House to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus??? You bet I would. And I'd recommend Park Place Lexus as well. SIGNED: NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE! More
