My experience at Park Place could not have been better. Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Initially I worked with Erkan, but once I decided to purchase a pre-owned car I dealt with Ryan Frederick and P Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Both of these guys were great and I truly felt like they were there to help meet my needs, not just to sell a car. Ryan was patient and answered all of my questions and helped me look at multiple cars. In total I was only there for about 2 hours and that included 2 test drives and the time I spent with Kevin Navid in finance. Kevin was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was in the market for a new car. I have been to several dealerships in Los Angeles and Kingman AZ. I have looked at Dodge, Ford, Mercedes, Audi and BMW most recently. When I was discussing my desire to buy a new car while visiting family in Dallas, Molly was listening intently to my "needs". While the used car salesman who owns a car lot and a Mini Cooper salesman, and a man who sells mercedes all vied to have me come to see what they had to offer, Molly was the one who GOT what I needed and explained the benefits of the Lexus ES Hybrid. I would solve a few problems. 1) great gas mileage 2) luxury enough that I can pick up my film studio executives and not feel ashamed of my car 3) I can use blue tooth as I drive a lot... and 4) I can park even in the smallest parking lots ( something I have to contend with LA.... and I generally drive a HUGE truck...) So she invited me to test drive the remaining 2013 Lexus you had on the lot.... I loved it from the get go... but truthfully she had me at "GREAT MILEAGE". So I bought the car ( of course after Molly sold the car to my husband... as he had to agree it was what he wanted).... and we drove back to LA. I cant be happier. The car in amazing.
