I had shopped at an Acura dealership earlier in the day and had a horrible experience. I almost stopped shopping for the day but instead had my husband meet me at Park Place when he got off work. The experience at Park Place was amazing and such a breath of fresh air after what I had been through at the other dealership. The customer service was exceptional. Kelly met me outside when I got out of my car - not in an "attack" manner, but with a warm friendly smile. He then took the time to give me a brief tour of the dealership while we waited on my husband. He then carefully listened to what I wanted (which I wasn't really sure by this time) and sat down with us to go over what our options might be and showed us several vehicles that might work for us. He patiently rode with us as we test drove at least 6 cars until we found exactly the one we fell in love with. We came in just an hour before closing and he showed no concern over staying late to help us. We were able to negotiate a deal on our trade and purchase which pleased everyone and we took the car home that night and came back the next day to finish the paperwork. True professionalism at its best! I will definately be a Park Place Lexus repeat customer and will reccomend everyone I know looking for a car to Kelly. More

Upon arriving, Kelly took us on a tour of the facility to show us what Lexus offered its customers. During the tour we met employees from all different areas of the facility. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a no pressure sale and there was a large inventory of different cars to pick from. Kelly took the time to listen to our needs and helped us narrow our search down to two vehicles. We were allowed to take one home for the weekend to drive to see if that was the one that we wanted. It actually turned out to be the car we purchased. After the purchase, we had employees call to inquire that everything went smoothly. He had what I was looking for and the detail and it was ready when I got there to do a test drive, as I was on my way to the "other" Park Place to test drive a different model of Mercedes.
