My experience at Park Place was made simple and straightforward, with an honest presentation of how much I was paying for the IS250 I was purchasing, how much I was going to receive for my trade in and the interest rate on the offered loan. Even though I had unfortunately mislaid my original title document, the dearlership dealt with the replacement for me. Joe Phu was polite and not pushy in his dealings, and I highly recommend doing business with him. The sales manager who spoke to me only briefly was a little more salesy, and I am glad I did not have to do business with him, but all in all, it was a great experience. More

Grapevine Lexus was great from start to finish. This literally was one of the fastest car deals ever. I truly did not have much flexability and had pretty high demands for what I wanted. They met every need, I was pretty shocked. This was a seamless process.....absolutely zero high pressure. I was very reserved to working with somebody young and expected him to play the back and forth to the sales manager gig. He assured me this would not happen and sure enough it did not.
