I entered the dealership and asked for the best sales person on the floor. This was an impressive beginning to my experience and it shows that the culture of excellence, taking care of clients and high class service resonates at all levels of the business. I was introduced to Mike McAllister and he first understood my objectives and he worked to meet everyone of them. Although I had a very short timeframe, Mike worked to bring the entire team together to exceed all of my expectations. After initial conversations on Friday evening, my entire experience from identifying the car I preferred to closing the deal with finance and delivery was done in less than 2.5 hours. The best part was, the experience was not rushed, it was just streamlined to meet my timing expectations. Mike was extremely helpful in updating me on the new feautures of the LS460L. I would highly recommend others to Park Park Lexus.
