In fact, we were overwhelmed with the complete shopping/buying experience. From the moment we walked in the door, until we left in our recently purchased vehicle, we felt as if we had been lifelong customers (which we now will be!). All questions were answered, the sales manager and service manager introduced themselves (as well as the technical advisor). I bellieve a "good deal" is when everyone leaves more than satisfied. I may shop other places, for comparison's sake, but I doubt I will buy from anyone else. My husband and I visited Park Place Lexus Grapevine at late afternoon on Saturday, August 10, 2013. We happened to meet Erkan Buyukyildirim who gave us a test drive for Lexus ES 300H. Actually, I was th late afternoon on Saturday, August 10, 2013. We happened to meet Erkan Buyukyildirim who gave us a test drive for Lexus ES 300H. Actually, I was thinking of buying Lexus SUV type, but, after having the test drive of ES 300H made me to change my mind dramatically due to smoothness and quietness of the ride. Especially when we stopped at the intersection during the course, I felt like as if engine was stopped because it was too quiet due to hybrid!! I felt in love with ES 300H instantly and anyhow we decided to buy it since my husband had wanted to buy Lexus hybrid, plus, we were supposed to consider energy saving toward to green.. With regard to color of vehicle, our favorit "Nebula Gray Pearl" was not available in an inventory at that time. As a result, we had to wait for the arrival of the vehicle from Japan until the end of August. However, we got a car on Wednesday, August 21, 2013! Most of all, Erkan's polite, precise, careful, and thoughtfull course of services from the beginning to today for which we have been provided are wonderful! In addition to that, we are grateful to Dorian Jimenez who is new car sales manager and Risa Foster who is HR manager, for their warm welcome. We are also thankful to Greg Milner, Nick Burkett, and Sabrina Quenet who are technology specialists for their generous assistance as well. This is the second Lexus we have obtained from Park Place. When we went shopping for a new car for my wife a few years back we were looking to replace a Infinity G35 Coupe. My wife likes a car thats "zippy". We had a number of makes on our list and although Lexus was on the list my wife did not think Lexus was very "zippy" based on the Lexus models her friends drove. Well in we walked at Park Place and met Pat Goebel, a very personable and patient sales consultant . It did not take Pat long to acquaint my wife to the "zippy" Lexus is250. My wife was sold and I was a very happy husband. I think Pat was happy also. Over the last few years Pat has stayed in touch with us making certain we were still happy with our purchase and checking to see if there was anything he could do for us. Here recently I had an experience with my 2010 Crossover/ Wagon ,not a Lexus, that prompted my need for a more powerful SUV.
