I have always been a BMW loyalist and still love their cars BUT...I traded my last BMW for a LEXUS SUV and was beyond " wowed " by their customer service. I worked with Hasan and he could not have been mo cars BUT...I traded my last BMW for a LEXUS SUV and was beyond " wowed " by their customer service. I worked with Hasan and he could not have been more friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted..when I wasn't sure myself. I looked at BMWs but just could not resist the total customer service he and the dealership provided EVERY time. Park Place Grapevine could very easily become home away from home! I purchased a 2014 IS 350 and could not be more pleased. I recommend to anyone before they make their next automobile purchase, they visit Park Place just to understand the impact and importance customer service and quality in play with Hasan, the dealership and its associates every day. He called when he said he would to relay vital information concerning fix actions for my car. He kept me abreast of the situation and was flexible with the delivery of my car since I was unavailable on the day it was repaired. He scheduled delivery of my car and pick up of the rental which for my wife and I, is a huge benefit since we live in Wichita Falls! Lexus has a reputation for taking care of it's customers..... We went to the dealership with only the intention of test driving an RX 350. This was on Saturday, 5 minutes before their closing time that I and my wife reached there. This is our 2 lexus car in 3 years with Park Place. We worked directly with Joe Phu, and he is a great person to get to know. We went for 2013 RX350 and he pull a car for us to test drive and answer all of our questions. We wanted a particular color and interior and Joe did everything to get us the color and the interior we wanted. We had the car ready for us in 3 days and that was very impressive. The whole process was a breeze. He made sure everything is ready to go and all we had to do is sign and drive. Joe introduced us to key contacts for service and technology consultants. He then took us to our new RX350 and gave us the complete car overview with all the new gadgets and how to work with them. Joe is an outstanding person to work with, i would highly recommend him to my friends and i will sure to be back for another lexus purchase in future from Park Place Lexus.
