We had called Park Place Lexus regarding a Certified - Pre Owned RX350 and arrange an appointment to look at a few vehicles. At that point, our Sales Consultant Walter Onubogu spent time to determine wha Pre Owned RX350 and arrange an appointment to look at a few vehicles. Based on that criteria, we talked about 5 vehicles that he felt might meet her needs. We narrowed it down to 3 possibilities on the phone. As soon as we arrived at Park Place Lexus, we were greeted and welcomed. Our sales consultant, Walter Onubogu, spent time to make us feel welcome at Park Place Lexus, provided a tour of the facilities, introduced us to the Nick Burkett in Technology and Tammy Campbell in the Service Department. The General Manager, Gary Venner, took time out of his schedule to introduce himself and welcome us as well. Walter then took us out to show us the 3 vehicles previously selected. He spent a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating the features on the RX350. After selecting a vehicle, agreeing on a price, Walter introduced us to Jeff Lasseter, Finance Manager, completed the necessary paperwork and we were out the door in one visit with our vehicle. The 70 miles we drove to do business with Park Place Lexus was well worth it. They did not disappoint. Park Place made this vehicle pruchase a truly enjoyable experience.
