Quite a few months before I purchased a Pre-owned Certified RX 350, I spoke to Mr. Livingston explaining I was interested in a Certified Livingston. Ned was VERY polite and accommodating and I NEVER felt any pressure. Finally made a trip to the dealer lot a couple of weeks later and asked Ned to get back to me via e-mail with his best offer as I had no intention of haggling. Price came back better than expected which led me to consummate the deal a few days later. Ned was fantastic to work with ... again, no pressure. Next pleasant surprise came when I sat down with the 'finance guy.' I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Again, no pressure.
