My wife and I was greeted promptly by Ming Yang. I wanted to look at a specific Lexus Hybrid that I had read about online. Ming was very knowledgeable about the Hybrid car (Lexus CT 200h) that I was interested in. After the test drive I was ready to move forward with the purchase. I had a trade and the appraisal and deal proposed to us was prepared promptly. After a bit of positive negotiation, we had a deal. Ming was there every step of the way to be sure my wife and I were comfortable and he kept us apprised through every step of the process. We had driven from Bryan to DFW to trade with a different Lexus dealership, but felt they had somewhat bait and switched us on the price of the vehicle we were interested in, so we left to think things over.
