I was in the market for a Lexus GS 350 F Sport. Upon first contact with Park Place Grapevine I knew it was a place I wouldn't mind doing business with. I initiated my interest through their website and first contact with Park Place Grapevine I knew it was a place I wouldn't mind doing business with. We discussed my interest in the GS and he let me know that he had a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs. I visited Park Place (a 35 mile drive from my home BTW) and was greeted warmly and felt no pressure. I decided to make a purchase at Park Place and the deal closing and vehicle delivery went flawlessly. If I'm in the market again for a Lexus I would absolutely go back to Park Place in Grapevine. I really felt like he served his employer well, but at the same time I felt like he tried to get the best deal for me. I would highly recommend him to my friends and would insist that they start with him if they wanted to buy a car from your dealership. The car I bought was for my wife and she is absolutely thrilled with it. He should clearly be considered for a management position within the company.
