I really felt like he served his employer well, but at the same time I felt like he tried to get the best deal for me. I would highly recommend him to my friends and would insist that they start with him if they wanted to buy a car from your dealership. The car I bought was for my wife and she is absolutely thrilled with it. He should clearly be considered for a management position within the company. I went to Park Place Grapevine to search for my "new" certified used Lexus at the recommendation of a friend. She said they had purchased their certified used car from there and received excellent "new" certified used Lexus at the recommendation of a friend. On arrival, there were 3 salesmen standing around, on their cell phones, and when I asked for the salesman (recommended by my friend) they said he was unavailable. Not one offered to help me, so I asked them if one of them would be willing to help me. Jay A. stepped forward and from that moment on the buying experience was great. He listened to what I was looking for, he was very patient with my "many" test drives and there was no pressure to buy. When I finally made the decision on the car I wanted, the sales process was quick and efficient. As I waited for my paperwork to be prepared for signing, Jay took me around and showed me the different departments of the dealership that I might utilize and introduced me to a contact person in the service department. He explained the process for having your car serviced, to even just dropping by for a car wash. After the sale was complete, he contacted me to ensure things were going well with the car. When the tags came in for the car, he made sure that someone put them on for me. Although the initial few minutes of my experience with Park Place was not what I was hoping for, it was the time after that that made the experience well worth it. I would do it again and would highly recommend Park Place and especially Jay A. P.S. I love my Lexus!! More

I have always hated buying vehicles. I knew I needed a vehicle and put it off as long as I could. Jae Lee made me not mind it any more. Jae came out in the lot and asked if he could help, that pleased me. I knew I was going to purchase a car, I knew what car I wanted and I did not want to be there a long time. I didn’t even want to test drive the car. Jae insisted I test drive the car so he could show me just what I was getting and I appreciated that. He was just so helpful and made my experience special.
