He has always been able to answer all of my questions (and I always have alot), and the entire buying process has always been a good experience. John is more than happy to show me a number of cars and allows me to test drive as many as I choose. After the sale goes through and the car is mine, he assists and helps me to get to know everything about the inside of the car and all of its features and how they operate. I truly would not have purchased 5 Lexus automobiles from Park Place Lexus if my entire experience wasn't phenomenal with exceptional service from people who care. Also, once you have the car in your possession, the sale isn't over. They are more than happy to help you with any problems that you may encounter (which I have not) and they treat you like gold when you bring your car in for any kind of service! We recently purchase 2013 RX350 at Parl Place Lexus in Grapevine. Molly Wee was our sale lady. It was such a wonderful, joyful experience when doing business with her. Worked with Mark on a used Lexus RX350. He was very patient and helpful with all of our back-and-forth questions via email. A few hours before we were scheduled to arrive, Mark called and emailed to let us know that there was a flaw in the paint that wasn't evident before they washed the car. He was concerned that it was not up to the quality that we were expecting AND he was professional enough to let us know BEFORE we made the drive out there. We decided to go on and take a look, and we were was so glad we did! Although we did not end up buying the original vehicle we discussed, he worked with us to find an even better RX350 (more features). Even though it was listed as more expensive, Mark was able to match the price that we'd originally negotiated on the first vehicle. From drive-up to drive-out, we found Mark and the staff at Park Place Grapevine to be highly professional. More
