We had an outstanding experience at Park Place Lexus - Grapevine. The staff was exceptional - from the receptionist, to the salesperson (Ned), to financing, to the technology support group. We were initally looking at a 2011 pre-owned RX-350, but ended up leasing a 2013. The Park Place facilities are excetional. You feel like you are in a hotel lobby - very warm, comfortable and inviting. More

This was my second Lexus from Park Place but my first from PP Grapevine. Although Plano is closer to my home and the construction around PP Grapvevine is a real pain - it was worth it. This is the first time I have ever written a review about anything or anyone and I'm extremely comfortable with this recommendation. Becky literally spent 4 hours with us the first day we walked in and we did walk out with purchasing that day. I was shopping for cars with a friend and both of us turned around within the next fews days and each purchased from Becky. Tammy made the whole experience of choosing a Lexus IS250 a pleasant one. I ventured into the dealership about 2 months before actually buying the IS250, tight on time, and wary of making hasty decisions. Ta a pleasant one. Tammy understood, maintaining a 'soft sell', allowing me whatever time I needed. On my request I was kept informed of new incentives, despite being hard to reach, with Tammy persisting to maintain contact with a soft touch. I could test drive cars dedicated for the purpose without limitation, and revisit as many times as I wanted. When I finally made up my mind, the sale was smoothly concluded within an hour. The car was in perfect condition. I have not had to return to the dealership for any reason other than having number plates attached. I will return and have Tammy help me select another fine Lexus, whenever that is due. More
