I went to Park Place Lexus as my experience with them in servicing my ES 330 was very nice. Molly Wee connected with me through the mail and I wanted to just take a look at the new cars and SUVs .There was servicing my ES 330 was very nice. Molly Wee was very professional in her approach and we enjoyed talking about what was on the table for us. She was quick in her actions and had answers to all my questions and the conversation soon turned out to be a need satisfying one which helped me in making the buying decision faster than I thought. We shook hands at the end of the 120 minutes with an advance check written for the new vehicle. Molly Wee's knowledge of the vehicles and her ability to handle objections made me take that extra step to decide. I appreciate all the help she extended to me and would put Park Place buying experience as number one and the best. He has always been able to answer all of my questions (and I always have alot), and the entire buying process has always been a good experience. John is more than happy to show me a number of cars and allows me to test drive as many as I choose. After the sale goes through and the car is mine, he assists and helps me to get to know everything about the inside of the car and all of its features and how they operate. I truly would not have purchased 5 Lexus automobiles from Park Place Lexus if my entire experience wasn't phenomenal with exceptional service from people who care. Also, once you have the car in your possession, the sale isn't over. They are more than happy to help you with any problems that you may encounter (which I have not) and they treat you like gold when you bring your car in for any kind of service! Johnny Malaspina is a true professional who really knows his product. He was friendly, patient and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied! On our first visit, we explained that we were looking at several makes and models. We test drove our first Lexus and were impressed but felt absolutely no pressure from Johnny. Over the next few weeks we thought we had settled on a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus and began narrowing it down to color and features. Johnny worked diligently to help us find the right vehicle. In the end, we changed course completely and purchased a brand new RX-350. Through it all, Johnny was un-phased by our indecisiveness. The final negotiation process was quick and painless. This extraordinary level of service was indicative of our whole experience at Park Place. The entire staff is welcoming and the facility is immaculate! It was truly unlike any car buying experience I've had before. More
