I purchased a used BMW z4 that is in immaculate condition. Kelly offered to pick us up at the airport if we planned to fly in but we planned to drive from Minnesota instead. The overall experience was great until we were told that our vehicle had arrived at the Midlothian, TX new vehicle lot. We were given a date range of when the vehicle should arrive by truck to the dealersh our vehicle had arrived at the Midlothian, TX new vehicle lot. We were given a date range of when the vehicle should arrive by truck to the dealership, but that date slipped then another date slipped. Then we were told that the railroad transport car had broken down and by then our overall experience was in decline even though the delay was not the fault of the dealership. Some suggestions were to improve tracking of a vehicle on order and improve communication with the transport company and possibly switching to another transport company if improvements are not made. The poor transport service was frustrating to both the dealership and the customer. Our sales representative, Ming Yang, was very professional. He answered all of our questions and always with a smile. He did a great job keeping us informed while were anxiously waiting for the delivery of our new vehicle. We just love our Lexus! Smile. Smile. Bottomline, the overall experience was great except for the transport company. More
