Worked with Mark on a used Lexus RX350. He was very patient and helpful with all of our back-and-forth questions via email. He was concerned that it was not up to the quality that we were expecting AND he was professional enough to let us know BEFORE we made the drive out there. We decided to go on and take a look, and we were was so glad we did! Although we did not end up buying the original vehicle we discussed, he worked with us to find an even better RX350 (more features). Even though it was listed as more expensive, Mark was able to match the price that we'd originally negotiated on the first vehicle.
