My husband and I have never had a better car buying experience than we did at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, TX. Our salesperson, Johnny Malaspina, was a pleasure to work with - we never felt the press experience than we did at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, TX. Our salesperson, Johnny Malaspina, was a pleasure to work with - we never felt the pressure that has happened in previous car buying experiences. From the moment we entered the dealership, everyone was friendly and professional, and that attitude has continued after the purchase. We purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus, and the next day noticed some small scrapes on the lower front bumper. They told us to bring it in, they fixed it free of charge, and provided a loaner while the work was being done. Most dealerships would tell us that it is a pre-owned car, so it will have some scratches, and wouldn't do anything! Anyway, we are hooked! We will continue to be customers with Park Place Lexus in the future, and will work with Johnny Malaspina as our salesperson the next time as well! More
