I purchased a car for my 16 year old son from John Shock and Park Place. When my son received his car he drove it for 1 day and there was a problem with the car, so my son stopped the car where he was driving and called me. I called john and within an hour there was a tow truck picking my sons car up and back to Park Place and fixed the very next day, amazing service. By the way that was at 7pm a night not during normal business hours. That type of service is superior and this is why I always buy from John Shock and Park PLace Lexus the VERY BEST. Thanks John!!
