We set out on Saturday to check dealerships out to see if we could choose a car to test drive only. We started with the Lexus dealership because we had searched online and found that we were interested in th we could choose a car to test drive only. When we arrived, we saw a used one that looked perfect for us. The salesman Casey Case came out to offer assistance. We really wanted to look inside and he was very helpful in showing us this car. After talking for a little bit, we needed to do our test drive. Casey went and got a brand new ES350 that had the upgrades that we were interested in. We test drove the car and immediately liked it. When we got back, there was no high pressure and after talking for a little bit, we decided to take this a little farther and see if the numbers could work. Casey was able to answer all our questions and work with us till we came to the conclusion that we were indeed buying a car that day. There was never any pressure to say yes to anything and it was a very satisfying new car experience. Everyone we had dealings with was so nice and courteous at this dealership. More
