This is the fourth Lexus I have owned and the third that I have purchased from Park Place Lexus of Grapevine. First of all I have never been a fan of the car buying experience.... Or at least until I am off the lot alone in the new vehicle! Being in sales or sales management my entire professional career it j experience.... Or at least until I am off the lot alone in the new vehicle! Being in sales or sales management my entire professional career it just has always been a rub with me the methods in which car dealers wear out their customers. Further, I am the type that knows what I want before I even get close to a dealership. The fact is my mind is already made up as to what I am going to purchase. All that said, I did my research and Park Place had the exact RX350 I wanted to purchase for my wife. I called John Ortler at Park Place, Grapevine and he was extremely professional and realized what kind of client he was dealing with quickly! I simply asked a few questions about the car and differences between the RX450h and RX350, after our brief conversation I decided on the 2012 RX350. I asked John to prepare the paperwork and I'd be there within the hour to execute transaction. I arrived at Park Place and met with John we went through final negotiations on RX350 cost, trade value and finance rate just about as fast as i have ever done. I happy to report, it was the most pleasant car buying experience i've ever had!!!! I know I was rushing John through his normal processes however, he handle with complete class and exceeded my expectations as a buyer. The next day the car was prepped with the additions requested and ready for my wife to take delivery before expected! After speaking to my wife she was very impressed as well with John's customer service and was truly ecstatic about her new RX350. I'd certainly recommend The Park Place family of dealerships to friends and family but, moreover John Ortler and the only guy to deal with! More

We drove a long way (6 hours each way) to get the car we wanted. Our salesperson was great. He was honest and easygoing which made it a pleasure to work with him. This is overdue and apologize as my experience was more than I expected at Park Place. I came in to look and potentially purchase a vehicle with the expectation that Park Place would be like every other d than I expected at Park Place. Mr. Robert Fossee is to be commended on his professionalism and great customer service. Coming into Park Place has changed my entire outlook on a dealership and would definately return in the future. I was treated fair, with respect, and most importantly as an individual. Through the entire process, Mr. Fossee along with others involved in the process, were there every step of the way to make sure I walked away happy. My husband & I had been looking for a replacement vehicle since I had totalled my very favorite car of all, my BMW 520I series. My heart was not into looking for another car at all. We did our research on line as well as speaking to friends and family about the vehicles we were considering. We had narrowed it down to an Acura SUV or the Volkswagon Toureg. We knew two families that owned the Toureg and were very happy. I decided I needed to just simply slide by the Lexus dealership to check out what they had available. I did not want to purchase a new vehicle. I have done that in the past and regretted it. I drove to the Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and met my new best friend, Vincent Adams. We sat at his desk, went over my wants and needs, he took me directly to a vehicle that was a bit older than I wanted but had everything in my desire and price range. He brought the key out, we went on a test drive and I said to him that this would be my next car. They allowed me to bring it home so my husband could see and drive it. That evening we drove the Lexus 400 to the Volkswagon dealership to talk about the Toureg. The Volkswagon sales people tried everything that evening to make a deal. The Toureg was newer with fewer miles and they agreed to match the interest rate of Lexus. We walked out and drove home and from there we went that evening to the Lexus dealership, met with Vincent, they made the deal happen for us and I left soooooo happy because I am now excited about my Lexus as I was with the Beemer. Volkswagon continued to call us the next day with better offers but we purchased the vechicle that was perfect for me. I hugged Vincent and told him thanks for making this deal work for us because this was the only car since the BMW that I was excited about. I Love You Guys!!
