I made an appointment for an oil and filter change along with tire rotation. Although I was promptly greeted by a laptop carrying lane captain, I finally left after 20 minutes of being ignored - no one eve with tire rotation. Until now, I exclusively had my Lexus vehicles serviced by the dealership. Not anymore. Johnson's Oil and Lube will now get my oil change business and Discount Tire gets my tire rotation business...and I save a bundle! More
