Park Place Lexus Grapevine

This is the third car I have bought from Kevin. We were attracted to Lexus because of their quality vehicles but Park Place gives an additional element of class to each visit. Kevin helped us test drive a GX and made arrangements for us to use it as our loaner car while our other vehicle was in the service department. Kevin also made arrangements for my wife to breast feed our son in a private area. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle but once we decided we wanted the GX, Kevin made the negotiating stress free. Kevin had done his research a's had I. So rather than starting a bidding war, Kevin presented us with a very fair deal that was slightly below the online quoted sales prices. Kevin explained in detail how he derived the trade in amount being offered again having done his research. I will be back in a few years to buy my new car from Kevin. Buying vehicles is not a favorite pasttime of mine and was not our intention on our trip to Dallas, but John was not pushy and made the process rather enjoyable and easy. Vincent was never a pressure guy and really allowed us to sit back and make the best decision possible. Park Place was the first dealership we stopped at and after we hit a few higher pressure sales that im sit back and make the best decision possible. Contacted Ed Stefanko as he sold us our first Lexus 6 years ago and had kept in touch with us ever since. Walked in after looking on line at the web site to see what was available.
