Vince Adams did a remarkable job of changing the game and not playing the price game against the other two dealerships that we engaged with to get bids/ideas for an answer to our car needs. This was a very nice experience and the follow thorough included keeping me posted on the process on his day off. Sales people get a bad reputation and some earn that bad rap. Vince had a winning attitude and a winning idea and guess what, he won my business. Hopefully the service department steps up to the level of Vince's sales level through the life of the car. More
