Molly was very friendly and seemed to be trustworthy. After purchasing our 2008 Lexus IS250 and washing of the vehicle, we, along with Molly, noticed a dent and scratches on the left side of the car. Molly said no problem we'll fix it when you come in to get your license plates. Well upon returning Molly had no recollection of the scratches. After getting my car washed the hood had been damaged. It has paint scrapes and is peeling badly. The dent was fixed and retouched. However; it does not match the rest of my car. I'm VERY disappointed with the dealership. They are refusing to fix the problem. Molly knew what condition the car was in before selling it to us. I feel cheated and screwed out of what could have been a very pleasant experience. My dream car has always, without a doubt, been a Lexus! I do love how it drives and all it has to offer. I wish we could have gotten a more honest sales rep. who truly believes in and stands by the Lexus motto. I have had such a horrible experience that I would like to return the car of my dreams and go elsewhere.
