Jessica was super helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient. As I walked up to the dealership it was the end of the day and she was leaving. I asked if they were closed and she said, "not for you." I'm a slow decision maker and wasn't planning on buying something immediately. With Jessica's guidance, and without pressure, we found something we didn't expect and bought the car on the spot. The dealerships "one touch" program allowed me to deal only with Jessica. No crazy trips back and forth to her manager or the finance department. Easy, quick and much appreciated. I was buying from out of town so I had the car picked before I traveled to get it. The salesman, Rob, was good communicating with me and picked us up when we arrived at DFW. The dealership uses a third party service for paperwork, that seemed to take longer than normal. They said that would save me a trip to the DMV to get my tags, we will see if that works. There were a few extra forms to fill out and one form had some blanks we weren’t real comfortable with. I most likely would refuse to sign that next time. The delivery of the car was done by another employee, Kris, he is specialized in the technology settings of the car. He did an excellent job of explaining the settings to us and getting us going. More
