I moved to Texas 2 1/2 years ago and was in need of a vehicle. Initially I had gone to a different dealership and my experience there was terrifying. Lucky for me, my boyfriend had been a Lexus customer back in Miami so he met with a salesman and leased a second time at the Grapevine location upon moving. He called Mr.Kevin Cleveland, explained my situation and he told us to come right on over. We LOVE Kevin! He took care of us in a way I never expected.
