YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! (in a good way) John Hosler is a buyer's dream salesperson. He knew everything about the 2020 NX300. I have been in the auto industry for 30 years and it's rare to see a dealership that has a good "flow" with the employees. It seemed like everyone worked together as a team. That is just an observation on my part. Also, I was with John from start to finish. No going to 3 different people before you sign the ppwk! That is a plus. I told him what i wanted as far as payments, etc.. and we went back and forth until we were both happy:) and the back and forth was not a situation where he had to go ask a sales manager, then come back with a quote and so on. I would recommend this dealership with no reservations! Calm, peaceful and friendly environment. I'll be back there in 3 years for another vehicle! (and we did this the end of June-hot, sweaty, with face masks! If it would have been a longer process i would have had to leave.) Go and see John! You won't regret it one bit More

And with 0% APR, it seemed like a no brainer, no money out of my pocket for interest and I get a new 2020. I was introduced to Bobby. He listened, we test drove, we talked, I decided colors inside and out, upgrades and add-ons I wanted. Bobby made it happen. I asked for discount off MSP, Bobby made it happen. When vehicle arrived and detail complete, Bobby had the paperwork ready to sign. No fuss, no haggling, no pressure, no anything but pleasant and painless. Best experience I've ever had, purchasing any vehicle, new or used. Bobby gave me a quick tutorial before I left and has followed up since. I'd deal with Bobby, and Park Place again, in a heartbeat. I'd give Bobby 10 stars if I could. Now if Lexus would go back to making the RX350 the size it used to be, I'd buy that.
