When I told him I was also looking at another brand/model, he helped me with the comparison research by providing me with screenshots from and links to reputable resources to ensure I made an informed decision. After test driving the GS 350 F Sport, I told Brian I was going to think about the purchase and would reach out to him the following day. He was understanding and did not push me to make the purchase that same day, which was refreshing and greatly appreciated. The following day, I shared the concern I had which made me hesitant to move forward with the purchase. Rather than continuing to push the car I had test driven, Brian provided me with an amazing alternate option that I ultimately decided to go with. While filling out the paperwork, Brian explained each add on and provided his own experiences and opinions on each. When I elected to decline, he didn't continue to try to sale it. Brian is kind, genuine and very knowledgeable. I believe he is very good at reading people and is able to quickly determine the best approach that best suits each individual's needs.
