When I told my sales consultant Brian Safianow last week I was hoping to find a pre-owed SUV he sprang Into action. He did exactly what I asked (as usual) and presented me with a list of outstanding pre-owned Lexus SUVs at their dealership and took the time to send me information at home, pages of specs and pictures, etc. Itching to get out of the house, I decided to go and take a look. Always putting the customer first, Park Place Lexus Grapevine had every employee masked, with markings on the floor, even in offices, to promote good social distancing. Brian showed me the two vehicles in which I had expressed interest. Then, in typical Brian fashion, he said “I had an idea.” He then showed me how I could have a new Lexus SUV for about the same monthly payment as a pre-owned! I was blown away.
