I’ll start with a big WOW! I purchased a pre-owner vehicle from Park Place and worked with a salesperson named Josh Patel. Now, on to the dealership. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and negotiated all terms virtually. You need to understand that there’s a huge difference between what you get from one dealer to the next. Park place operates at the highest level. Even after all terms were negotiated, they completely reconditioned the vehicle and made it look new! Josh disclosed every imperfection to me prior to my arrival and the reconditioning process remedied most of that. Many dealers will just detail the vehicle, do an oil change and off you go. Park Place goes above and beyond to deliver you a quality vehicle. They actually provide you with a full invoice of everything they did during the reconditioning process. I was astounded!!!!
