We felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a salesman, and he was very knowledgeable . He had some clever little touches that made the whole experience exciting - he texted a picture of my car to me the night before we were to meet and that heightened the expectation of buying my car the next day. I already felt like the car was mine. The overall dealership is exceptional - clean and functional and all of the employees were friendly, welcoming and helpful. If zero stars were an option they would get 0 stars. Everything the salesman tells you about the tire and wheel warranty is a lie! I paid for it when I bought my preowned ford. I made the appointment and there was no problem, as soon as I showed up I was treated like trash! I don’t own a Lexus but I bought from Lexus and the Lexus warranty! Don’t sell a car or warranty that you do not honor! After a huge argument over the loner car I was promised I was finally on my way and thought it was over, NOPE! I dropped the car off on a Friday and was told it would be ready Monday, I called Monday and was told Tuesday, I came Tuesday and was still told I had to wait. After they finally brought my car I found not a SINGLE thing had been done to fix the wheels! They washed my car..... awesome..... but useless. So I left the car again this time with a different advisor and was told I would get a call that day to tell me what happened and when it would be ready. I never got a call.... not a single one. I called everyday to check on the car and finally Thursday someone called to tell me it would be ready Friday. When I picked up the car and headed home (in the snow with a toddler) I get on the freeway and my tire pressure light goes off saying unsafe to drive. So I pulled over on the expressway and waited for AAA to come fill up my tire! Thank you so much Lexus for making this the single worst service experience of my life. I will NEVER purchase from Lexus again, new or used, and I will tell anyone looking what a scam the “warranty” is. I was told by Dan a service manager would be calling and I would be sent a survey and neither have happened, so do NOT trust these people. Their word is meaningless. More
