In 2013 I leased a BMW X3, car was great was not happy with their salesperson. Then in 2016 I leased a 2016 Jaguar XF, car was fabulous, sales again OK not great. Now in 2018 I am leasing a Lexus RX450H. Absolutely love the car and even better Tony had to be the most comprehensive, kind, and helpful salesman I have encountered maybe in my lifetime. Best car buying experience ever Let me begin with I absolutely cannot stand buying cars and especially from dealerships. I am 41 years old and have purchased 6 cars from dealerships Let me begin with I absolutely cannot stand buying cars and especially from dealerships. I am 41 years old and have purchased 6 cars from dealerships in that time. I dread the experience, how long it takes, the haggling back and forth. It's awful. Until now. I went in to test drive a used Mercedes, thinking that is what I wanted. I had been looking at the Mercedes GLS AMG 63 online for months and one of them just randomly shows up at the Lexus dealership down the road from us. I took it for a test drive and hated it. No excitement, nothing. The seats were uncomfortable and the dashboard was full of dials that I just could not make heads or tails of. It just did not pull any emotion from me at all. Bobby had listened to our family needs while I was on that test drive and could absolutely tell that this was not the right car for me. He suggested I take a look at the LX 570 for my family of 7. I said I really wasn't interested in going down that route, but what the heck? I was out for the evening with my husband and had the time to spare. I followed him to an LX 570 and instantly I was amazed, as was my husband. It was instant. I loved everything about the car - inside and out. I waited a few days, to test the whole "sleep on it a night or two and see if you still want it" theory. Well, I still wanted it. In that time, no one harassed me from the dealership. They called to check on me a few days later. I told them I still wanted it, but the number had to be right. We very quickly came to a number OVER THE PHONE (no sitting in a dealership twiddling my thumbs, etc.). Bobby had ALL of the paperwork ready, we signed, and gave him the car to do a final detail. He called a few hours later when the car was detailed and we drove over to pick it up. The absolutely positive buying experience continued with Bobby explaining all of the parts of the car to us - in and out. Now here it is days later and I am still so happy with my purchase. No buyers remorse. It is a beautiful car and the whole experience was so incredibly smooth. I can say with confidence that if buying a car is going to be like this every time, then I am a loyal Lexus customer from here on out and would recommend Bobby Heffernan to any individual/family looking to purchase a car from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine.
