There are many low cost vehicles, but the source and quality of the vehicle questionable. I found a vehicle at Park Place Lexus and met the salesman, Josh Patel. Josh was extremely understanding of my situation and helped me through the decision process between 2 vehicles. I drove to Grapevine the following day and looked/drove the vehicle. Josh made the purchasing process one of the best I've ever had. I had a call to make and Josh was kind enough to find me a place to make a 30 minute business call. The dealership was top notch in look and sales team very professional and kind. Thanks Park Place Lexus and Josh for the terrific experience. Your place???? Really? I recently purchased a Lexus from this location and the experience was absolutely outstanding. I pulled up to the service drive earlier today for my v I recently purchased a Lexus from this location and the experience was absolutely outstanding. I pulled up to the service drive earlier today for my very first service, there was one car in front of me. After sitting in the car for 15 minutes without acknowledgement the valet finally came to my window. I told her what I was there for and she told me that it should take no longer than 1 hour including the wash as it was only a small service. She wrote on my window, told me an advisor would be right with me and left. 25 minutes passed and nothing. I pulled into another lane and got out of the car, the valet saw me and ran inside to grab the first advisor she could find. The service advisor came out and I asked him if the tire rotation was necessary since my vehicle is AWD, he told me “that’s what Lexus recommends” well obviously that is recommended as it says it on my dash board I want to know if it is a necessity. I asked for a loan car, none available despite there being a line of 5 sitting right in front. I asked the advisor how long the wait was and he told me 1-1.5 hours and then asked me if I wanted to bother with it. I told him no and to just give me a car wash. He told me the car wash alone was a 1.5 hour wait. My time frame went from an hour the valet originally told me to 3 hours in the space of 30 minutes. This is our 4th vehicle from Park Place and it was that absolute worst experience I have ever received. I am so disappointed, it has really tainted my perception of Park Place and despite my continued loyalty to the company I was treated like dirt. More
