David was my sales rep who is automatically enjoyable because of his accent. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car that day, but they were sure planning on selling me one! I didn't want to make any decisions without showing the car to my spouse. Rather than waiting for that day to come, David offered for me to take the car and drive to his work (in Fort Worth) and back. I didn't turn down the free joy ride. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the car that very day. Although they were fast & determined, it never felt pushy. All in all, a good experience. More

Found more options when I got to the Grapevine location, and ultimately selected the one best suited for me. Spent less than 2 hours reviewing, driving, deciding and ultimately filling out the paperwork on a 2015 GS350. I used the Car Guru website as well as Park Place website, and the only constructive comment I have is that several listings on Car Gurus and one on Park Place were incorrect, listing a car as an F Sport when is was not. A small detail, but I appreciate that Park Place wants to know everything, and if needed make an improvement. More
