Tony Nguyen, my sales guy, was especially awesome. He let me test drive a bunch of cars, without trying to limit my options or steer me into something I didn't want before I was ready. He didn't try to sit me down and pressure me into make a decision and not letting me shop. I told him exactly where I was in the sale process and he listened to me. We swapped communication via email and text during the week and he totally let me go at my own speed. When I was finally ready, about a week later, the sales process was pretty painless and straight forward.
