I am very pleased with Park Place Plano. Bought a 2025 GX550 on Friday, 24 hours later a tire was cracked in multiple places along the sidewall. Called Lexus Roadside Assistance from the app who came out and changed the spare, advised the tire was cracked in multiple places along the sidewall. Called Lexus Roadside Assistance from the app who came out and changed the spare, advised the tire was defective and all tires should be inspected “for a bad batch of defective tires.” Contacted my sales person, Sung Ho, who never called me back. Then contacted Blake Cooper, new car sales manager who called me back to advise, “ We have no issues with GX tires, you can take the vehicle anywhere and have the tire replaced yourself.” So basically, his advice was that I’m on my own with a brand new vehicle with a defective tire. I also expressed concern that the other tires may also be defective and I no longer have a spare tire during this same conversation with Blake Cooper, who had zero concern for this possibility. I then contacted Sewell Lexus Dallas, who immediately advised me to contact Lexus Corporate to report PP Lexus Plano for their lack of concern or assistance with this situation and without hesitation they offered to correct the entire tire issue even though they did not sell me this brand new vehicle, and advised that PP Lexus Plano’s poor customer service is NOT condoned by Lexus Corporate. Avoid Park Place Lexus Plano, they are not ethical, the entire purchase process was disappointing and continues to be as they do not stand behind their sales. Sung Ho, Richard Spotts, and Blake Cooper are all three rude, condescending, disrespectful, and do not value customers. A customer should not have the expense of defective tires 24 hours within the purchase of a brand new vehicle. More
