Park Place Lexus is an excellent choice if you’re looking to purchase a car! From beginning to end, I had such a great experience. I started online with a few questions and received a call back within 30 to purchase a car! From beginning to end, I had such a great experience. I started online with a few questions and received a call back within 30 minutes from a real person who gave me real answers. They listened to what I was looking for and my budget, and even sent me pictures of vehicles that matched what I wanted. Without letting them know, I stopped by Park Place after work to look at the cars they had sent me. To my surprise, I was able to walk around, find each vehicle, and look at them in peace. No one saw me in the parking lot and immediately rushed over to start selling me something—and I really appreciated that! When I was ready, I texted my salesman, Levi, and he immediately came out to meet me. He already knew what I wanted and what my budget was, so there was absolutely no pressure to look at something different or spend more than I planned. My current car was an NX, so I thought I already knew everything I needed to know about them. I was wrong! Levi took the time to show me so many features the newer model had that I didn’t even know about. The entire process was pretty seamless, and one thing I especially appreciated was that Levi stayed my person throughout the whole experience. I wasn’t pushed off from person to person just to finalize the deal. Once everything was signed and I was ready to leave, Levi came back out to the car, connected my phone for me, and made sure I knew how to find and use all of the features before I drove away. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership and it was the worst one. The biggest issue is how long they took my time. The first day I test drove and looked at cars I was there for 2 hours. I returned to buy the car and waited 2 more hours before giving up. I filled out the credit approval from home and went back in a week later for the purchase. Thinking it should be fast, I was there for another 4 hours. So it took 8 hours with them to get this car. The salesman insisted on wasting my time going over the extra services I already refused. Rhat was bother 30-40 mins. And unlike the last 2 times the “thank you” afterwards has been non existent. I was used to a personal card and calls to check in but this time all I got was a text from an automated texting service and the first bill. After spending $70k on a car, I expected more appreciation. Feels like they have lost this personalized touch. More
