I had to make this purchase long-distance since the car I was looking for is in very high demand. The entire process was conducted in line, including trade-in. When we arrived at the dealership, the firs was looking for is in very high demand. The entire process was conducted in line, including trade-in. When we arrived at the dealership, the first thing that struck us was the gorgeous lobby. The showroom was huge so we never felt like there was an annoying buzz around us ever. The salesperson we worked with was in training but the guy who stepped in was every bit as professional and helpful. Our agent was back in time to do the car indoctrination with us. We never felt rushed or judged on all the questions we had. Overall, this was easily the best car experience we’ve had in our 40+ years of buying cars. Even though they are three hours from us, we would definitely give them a chance next time we are in the market for a car. More
