He was very attentive and answered all of our questions and made perfect suggestions to help us pick the perfect RX. Before went on our test drive, Sean gave us a complete explanation on all of the options that were installed. After the test drive,Sean gave us a complete tour of the facilities and explained how the service department works and all of the extra amenities that Park Place Lexus provides. It is very impressive what Park Place Lexus provides for their clients. As we were waiting for all of the paperwork to get done, Sean sat with us and explained more about the RX and answered more of our questions. As we were leaving, Sean escorted us to our RX and made sure we had all of our belongings and helped set up our phones to sync with the RX.
