Exceptional Experience I was in the market for another vehicle and had a list of makes and models I was going to research and test drive. Lexus was #3 of 6 on my list. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and put me at ease with her attitude and demeanor. We ended up test driving an RX350. Erin was able to demonstrate all the features available to a driver and explained everything completely. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car.
